EVOO Picaul (California) Medium Intensity Olive Oil


This small batch California Picual was harvested from groves in the Capay valley. It has a sweet, fruity nose and displays notes of stone fruit: peaches and apricots, plus some floral characteristics. The finish is peppery with some astringency. While Picual is the most prolific variety in the world, it is exceedingly rare in California.
