Our Story

Just because we live in the Great White Frozen North, doesn’t mean we don’t appreciate the finer things in life!  Crazy things can happen when two gal pals get together to enjoy a glass of fine wine.  And so, Heart of the Peace Gourmet Foods was born!

We are a locally owned and operated olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting bar located in Grande Prairie, Alberta.  Our mission is to bring “big city” to “little city” by providing our clientele with top quality oils, vinegars, salts and a host of other nutritious and delicious complementary products, exclusive to our specialty market.  Our vision is to create a fun and inviting space, where our clients become friends as they learn about and enjoy our unique products and services.
