From the Guérande region of France and certified Organic.   The harvesting of this salt requires the Plaudiers (salt rakers) to use only wooden tools to gather the salts.  This is truly the best of the best French gourmet sea salts. Use as a finishing salt on roasted vegetables and grilled meat.
